It Beginning To Look Alot Like Christmas

In my last post I said that I was going to create an Advent Garland...and I am VERY happy with the results! :) But before I share it with you I thought I would share some of the goodies that are inside it!

These are the 'Treat' pieces that are hidden amoung the advent bags... a Christmas Stamper Set ($3 from Sporlight), Christmas Rock Candy Sticks from Little Big Company, Hair Tie and Clip sets from Two Little Bubbles, and a few little extra sweets too.

As mentioned in the previous post, I also used the Advent Activity Cards from A Little Delightful and also the Activity Planner (found in the same blog post) so that I could plan out what days would have certain activties.

Where I wanted to hang our garland is usually where I have one of my Scissors Paper Rock prints and a few family photos...so I went on the hunt for a nice Christmas print with one of my favourite Christmas quotes...

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse'
When I couldn't find anything that really stood out for me, I decided that I would try my hand at creating my own print, after all I had all the tools I required and I knew what I wanted...so I got busy and created something that I am so proud of. I actually had one of those moments where I looked at it and thought to myself 'Gosh that looks good...and I made it!'
